Create Worksheets and Printables from the Lesson Context Teachers Already Use

A useful worksheet should connect to the lesson being taught, not begin from an isolated prompt. KiwiBee's worksheet mode can receive the selected lesson, exact objectives, chosen curriculum standards and rubrics, saved lesson-plan content, selected materials, captured pages, class context, and a composer attachment. These inputs provide bounded context for assistance. They do not guarantee an accurate worksheet, automatic personalization, or a particular learning outcome. The teacher remains responsible for reviewing every instruction, question, image, answer expectation, and learner reference.

Start with the lesson context already in the workspace

The dashboard's class, curriculum, and lesson selectors define the working scope. If no lesson is selected, the mode may search a bounded outline and limited excerpts from the selected curriculum or unit. This is not the removed teacher-material retrieval system, and it does not make every stored file invisible context. Objectives remain authoritative; selected standards can enrich alignment but cannot silently replace the objectives. Only materials and captured pages chosen for the request should influence that turn.

Choose an image worksheet or editable text

Worksheet mode exposes two explicit formats. Image is the default and supports portrait or landscape A4 choices through the approved image action. Text returns normal editable chat content when a teacher wants copy to revise or place elsewhere. The assistant may begin by brainstorming an idea and ask for a short approval such as Create this worksheet. That approval commits the image branch unless the teacher explicitly requested text-only output. Format choice affects the artifact, not authorization or source scope.

The optional quiz flow can use selected names or approved photo references when the corresponding controls are active. Only checked people are sent, quiz scenarios use first names without embedding photos, and any photo use remains subject to the request limit and consent checks. Do not add real learner information merely to make a printable feel personalized. A teacher should inspect spelling, bias, accessibility, age fit, cultural context, mathematical or scientific correctness, and whether the tasks actually match the lesson objectives.

Review the result before saving or assigning

Image output opens in an immersive preview. From there the teacher may download it, add it to an accessible lesson, or create homework using Print & upload or Annotation when those actions are available. The handoff records class, title, completion mode, and grading mode; it does not automatically detect interactive answer regions. Raw chat text is not a saved lesson material until the matching save operation succeeds.

1. Choose the intended class, curriculum, and lesson.
2. Confirm the exact objectives and supporting standards.
3. Select only the source materials or pages needed for the worksheet.
4. Choose Image with A4 orientation, or Text for editable copy.
5. Review and revise the generated questions, visuals, instructions, and expected responses.
6. Save or assign only through an authorized lesson or homework destination.

Lesson context gives the worksheet a grounded starting point, not a final seal of quality. The safest workflow keeps the source selection small, the format explicit, and the teacher's review central before anything is printed, saved, or assigned.
