Label the Tree — Grade 2
Label the Tree for Grade 2 asks students to identify and label the main parts of a tree, building science vocabulary and observation skills within the Life Science strand. Teachers can use it as a post-lesson activity after teaching about plant structures or as a companion to an outdoor nature walk where students observe real trees. It supports Grade 2 science learning by connecting visual diagrams to the vocabulary students need to talk and write about living things.
