At Lera Academy in Hai Phong, Donald led a workshop on how technology is changing what teaching looks like day-to-day: from AI as a planning partner, to game-based review that fits inside a 45-minute lesson, to using behavior and attendance evidence to make differentiated homework decisions.

The session combined a keynote-style overview ("why this is happening now, and what teachers should do about it") with practical demos — staff teachers tried the KiwiBee Gamewall, generated AI worksheets from their own lesson context, and discussed how to communicate this shift to parents and students. Designed for educators who want technology to extend their teaching, not replace it.
