What assumptions does this model use?

The moisture and oxygen controls are independent. In real waterlogged soil, reduced air space can restrict oxygen; the model does not calculate that coupling.

How do I reset the investigation?

Use Reset experiment to restore the starting controls. Use the sliders with a pointer, touch or keyboard. The model runs without an account.
