Reusable files तभी उपयोगी हैं जब teacher सही source खोज सके, owner समझे और तय करे कि वह नए काम में कब शामिल हो। KiwiBee का Materials workspace teacher uploads, shared core materials, lesson-plan sources, attachments और चुने page captures को Teacher Lab flow में लाता है। यह public drive या automatic knowledge base नहीं है। उपलब्धता active role, organization, curriculum, class links, enabled modules और permitted owner scope पर निर्भर है।

सीमित दायरे की lesson source library बनाएँ

Teacher uploads organization, teacher और curriculum path के भीतर private store होते हैं। list current teacher और उसी organization के permitted assigned-teacher owners तक सीमित रहती है; हर row own या assigned_teacher बताती है। Shared core materials organization curriculum sources और active class presets से अलग resolve होते हैं। वे curriculum-scoped रहते, incomplete rows हटाते और duplicate material ids display से पहले deduplicate करते हैं।

हर अनुरोध के लिए ठीक material context चुनें

Materials में file दिखना हर AI request में उसका जाना नहीं है। Teacher अगले turn के लिए source include या exclude करता है। Selected whole files route के shared context budget में bounded summaries बनते हैं। बड़ी PDF या image-rich source के लिए exact pages capture किए जा सकते हैं। एक message में अधिकतम दस captures लगते हैं और request बनने से पहले OCR path rendered pixels पढ़ता है। Composer से capture हटाने पर वह pending request से बाहर हो जाता है।

हर visible assigned-owner file के whole-file context की गारंटी न मानें। Generic hydration ownership दोबारा जाँचता है और selected file दिखने पर भी assigned teacher की summary छोड़ सकता है। Exact captures का अलग bounded extraction है। Selection और runtime trace requested context का evidence हैं, answer की accuracy या suitability का प्रमाण नहीं।

source और destination को अलग रखते हुए पुनः उपयोग करें

Source library और generated destination अलग हैं। Teacher uploads reusable sources रहते हैं। Generated content में Add to Materials उपलब्ध हो तो वह accessible lesson destination के जरिए lesson-material flow में लिखता है, teacher uploads में वापस नहीं। Detached project या exam conversation id अपने आप valid lesson destination नहीं है। Generate या save करने से पहले class, curriculum, lesson, source और page range जाँचें।

1. अधिकृत teacher workspace में Materials खोलें।
2. लक्षित class से मेल खाता curriculum या lesson scope चुनें।
3. Owner देखें और teacher uploads को shared core materials से अलग करें।
4. अगले request के लिए केवल relevant sources या pages चुनें।
5. Output को original source से मिलाकर review करें।
6. Available action होने पर approved artifact को accessible lesson में ही save करें।

भरोसेमंद materials workflow जानबूझकर सीमित रहता है: library scope करें, कम लेकिन उपयोगी evidence चुनें, result review करें और सही lesson में save करें। इससे reuse स्पष्ट रहता है और हर stored file invisible context नहीं बनती।
