उपयोगी worksheet पढ़ाए जा रहे lesson से जुड़नी चाहिए, isolated prompt से नहीं। KiwiBee worksheet mode selected lesson, exact objectives, chosen curriculum standards और rubrics, saved lesson-plan content, selected materials, captured pages, class context और attachment ले सकता है। ये inputs bounded assistance देते हैं; accurate worksheet, automatic personalization या निश्चित learning outcome की guarantee नहीं। Teacher हर instruction, question, image, expected answer और learner reference जाँचता है।

Workspace के मौजूदा lesson context से शुरू करें

Dashboard के class, curriculum और lesson selectors working scope तय करते हैं। Lesson न चुना हो तो mode selected curriculum या unit से bounded outline और सीमित excerpts खोज सकता है। यह removed teacher-material RAG नहीं और हर stored file को hidden context नहीं बनाता। Objectives authoritative रहते हैं; selected standards alignment बढ़ा सकते हैं पर objectives नहीं बदलते। केवल इस request के लिए चुने materials और pages उस turn को प्रभावित करने चाहिए।

Image worksheet या editable text चुनें

Worksheet mode में दो explicit formats हैं। Image default है और approved image action से portrait या landscape A4 चुनता है। Text normal editable chat copy देता है। Assistant पहले idea brainstorm करके Create this worksheet जैसा approval माँग सकता है। Teacher ने text-only स्पष्ट न कहा हो तो short approval image branch को commit करता है। Format artifact बदलता है, authorization या source scope नहीं।

Optional quiz flow active controls पर selected names या approved photo references इस्तेमाल कर सकता है। केवल checked लोग भेजे जाते हैं; quiz scenarios first names लेते हैं, photos embed नहीं करते, और photo use consent तथा reference limit के अधीन है। Personal feel के लिए real learner information न जोड़ें। Teacher spelling, bias, accessibility, age fit, cultural context, subject accuracy और objective alignment review करे।

Save या assign करने से पहले result review करें

Image output immersive preview में खुलता है। वहाँ से available actions के अनुसार download, accessible lesson में add या Print & upload तथा Annotation से homework बनाया जा सकता है। Handoff class, title, completion mode और grading mode लेता है; interactive answer regions अपने आप detect नहीं करता। Raw chat text matching save success तक lesson material नहीं है।

1. Intended class, curriculum और lesson चुनें।
2. Exact objectives और supporting standards confirm करें।
3. केवल worksheet के relevant sources या pages चुनें।
4. A4 orientation वाला Image या editable copy के लिए Text चुनें।
5. Questions, visuals, instructions और expected responses review करें।
6. केवल authorized lesson या homework destination से save या assign करें।

Lesson context grounded शुरुआत देता है, final quality seal नहीं। सुरक्षित workflow source selection छोटा, format explicit और teacher review central रखता है। Generate से पहले active class देखें। Objectives exact रखें। Standards supporting alignment हैं। केवल relevant materials चुनें। Captured pages intentional हों।
