Agreement

KiwiBee is operated by Lukani International Limited, Hong Kong Business Registration Number 74833011. Our correspondence address is Unit 501, 5/F, Belgian Bank Building, 721–725 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact hello@kiwibee.io, marking privacy enquiries “Privacy request”. These terms cover the public website and platform. Accept only for yourself or an organization you have authority to bind. A signed order or negotiated agreement controls its expressly agreed scope; applicable processing agreements and mandatory regional law govern their subject matter. The privacy notice describes processing and is not blanket consent.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account details, protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts to bypass access controls.
• Administrators must manage authorized access and revoke it when authority ends. Student accounts operate under appropriate school or guardian arrangements; children do not bind schools or undertake adult customer obligations.
• Customers must have lawful authority and the necessary rights for content and instructions they submit. These duties do not transfer KiwiBee’s own non-delegable privacy or security obligations to a school or teacher.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with service availability or security.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Basic free tier: school logo permission

Schools retain ownership of their names, logos and other content. Promotional display of a school logo, testimonial or identifiable case study requires permission from an authorized school representative. An individual teacher’s signup does not grant rights to an employer’s logo. Contact hello@kiwibee.io to request removal or discuss an existing permission.

Availability & changes

We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output or a particular educational outcome. Written service levels apply where agreed. Maintenance and material changes receive notice and remedies where required. These website revisions do not silently rewrite an agreed school contract. The platform is not an emergency reporting channel or a substitute for professional safeguarding, medical or legal judgment.

Content, ownership and AI use

Customers and their licensors retain rights in submitted content. They authorize us to host, process, transmit and display it as necessary to provide the requested service and carry out lawful instructions. This does not grant an independent permission to advertise with school records or train general-purpose models on school personal data. KiwiBee and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and platform materials. Use downloadable resources according to the licence stated for that resource; third-party material may have separate terms. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or affected by third-party rights. Use only authorized inputs and review output for accuracy, bias, suitability and rights before educational use. These terms do not authorize solely automated consequential decisions about students.

Fees, subscriptions, cancellation and pilots

The checkout, accepted order or written offer specifies the applicable plan, price, currency, tax, limits, billing interval, renewal and trial conversion. A paid plan requires affirmative payment authorization; optional marketing or cookies do not authorize charges. Where a subscription renews automatically, use the disclosed cancellation route or contact hello@kiwibee.io. Cancellation stops future renewals as stated in the accepted purchase terms, subject to mandatory consumer, cooling-off and refund rights and more favorable written offers. We do not impose a universal no-refunds rule here. Prospective price changes receive required notice and applicable cancellation rights. A free or nonprofit pilot follows its specific written offer; a pilot expressly offered without paid conversion requires a new affirmative paid order before charging.

Suspension, termination and school data

We may proportionately restrict access for a material breach, nonpayment of undisputed charges, a security threat or legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we provide notice and an opportunity to remedy; immediate protective action may be necessary. Educational continuity and data rights remain relevant. On termination, return/export, retention and deletion follow applicable law and the customer’s agreed processing terms. Closing an account does not automatically erase every school or provider record. Contact us before closure to arrange available exports and agree any required export period; no universal export window is stated here. Termination does not waive privacy rights or authorize indefinite retention.

Confidentiality, responsibilities and liability

We protect customer confidential information with reasonable care and use it for the service and lawful purposes. Necessary disclosures to authorized providers or as legally required remain subject to appropriate duties. Users remain responsible for authorized inputs and human educational decisions; KiwiBee remains responsible for duties imposed on it by law or an applicable agreement. Except for express commitments and mandatory rights, we do not guarantee a particular outcome or exclusive AI output. These public terms introduce no monetary liability cap, unlimited customer indemnity, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Any separately agreed business risk allocation remains subject to law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection protections.

Disputes and updates

Contact hello@kiwibee.io to seek resolution without limiting regulatory complaints, urgent relief or statutory rights. Hong Kong law applies to these terms subject to mandatory protections and forum rights applicable to you and any separately negotiated agreement. An invalid provision is limited or severed only as law permits. Material amendments receive appropriate notice; new acceptance is sought where required. Continued use does not create optional tracking consent or retrospectively rewrite a school contract.
